Every puppy on this page was born in Humboldt, Illinois, and raised with daily handling alongside our family. We raise three breeds: Miniature Poodles, Toy Poodles and Boston Terriers. We keep the program small on purpose, one or two litters at a time, because that is how many puppies we can raise the way we want to raise them.
What you see above is what we truly have today. An empty list is not unusual and it is not a bad sign — it usually means the last litter went home. If nothing here is the right match, the waitlist is the way in. It is free to join, and it is the first place we go when a litter is planned.
Families who want a particular puppy held for them can reserve with a $600 deposit. It is refundable for 48 hours, it can be transferred to a different puppy or an upcoming litter, and it applies toward your puppy's price.
Every puppy leaves here AKC registered, vet-examined with a health certificate, up to date on vaccinations and deworming, and microchipped. Both parents complete health screening and genetic testing before a litter is ever planned — you can see each puppy's parents and their testing on that puppy's own page.
Your puppy also goes home with a starter pack and a homemade blanket that carries the litter's scent, so the first few nights in a new house smell like the old one. Behind that is a 30-day Peace of Mind Health Guarantee, which includes 30 days of Trupanion medical coverage at no cost to you, and a 2-year guarantee against genetic defects. We ask that you have your own vet look your puppy over within 10 days of go-home day.
Each puppy's go-home date is shown on their own page. By then they have had Early Neurological Stimulation as newborns, weeks of daily handling and exposure to ordinary household sounds and surfaces, and the beginnings of crate, potty and leash training. We would rather send you a puppy that has already started than one that starts the day it arrives.
We welcome visits by appointment, and we are glad to talk through delivery or a meet-in-the-middle for families further away.
Miniature and Toy Poodles are bright, affectionate and low-shedding, which is why so many families with allergies ask about them. Boston Terriers are sturdy, funny, people-loving little dogs that settle well into a busy household. All three suit families, and all three suit smaller homes.
